Drovers Cottage was converted in July 2019 to a very high specification to give a modern contemporary feel that complements the history and features of the original barn. Croft Cottage was converted in 2020.
The property is heated by an environmentally friendly bio mass boiler which provides the underfloor heating and hot water. Patton Hall Farm Cottages are a short drive from the centre of Kendal and its amenities, which is one of the Lake Districts most popular market towns. In addition to a wide variety of shops and supermarkets there are many cosy tearooms, cafes and restaurants. Take a walk by the river or to the castle, visit the museums, art gallery and the Brewery Arts Centre.
Explore Windermere, Bowness, Ambleside and the attractions of the South Lakes or head east towards Sedbergh, Dent, Hawes and the Yorkshire Dales; making Patton Hall Farm Cottages the ideal base for exploring both National Parks.
The cottages can be hired alongside one another as ‘Patton Hall Farm Cottages’ to accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for larger/2 families however no parties.
