At Patton Hall Farm we offer two self-catering holiday cottages as well as a static caravan site for you to own a holiday home of your own.

Patton Hall Farm is a small, family run 140 acre working sheep farm set in the beautiful Mint Valley in Cumbria and offers lovely panoramic views across Kendal and the Lake District fells beyond.  We are only 2 miles from Kendal and 12 miles from Lake Windermere.

We are easily accessible from the M6 motorway; just minutes from Kendal and yet this beautiful, rural location is both peaceful and tranquil.  It is an ideal place from which to relax and recharge the batteries amongst the stunning scenery or alternatively explore the very heart of the Lake District.
